There's no need to have lcp_printpkt be ignorant of the MS-CHAP and
MS-CHAPV2 options. Even if pppd doesn't support those protocols,
it's still useful if lcp_printpkt can tell us that the peer is
asking for them. And it's one less ifdef this way.
